There was no centralized web panel to analyze trends in real-time, and failure alerts were delayed by hours, causing significant equipment downtime and logistic bottlenecks.

Norexter Solutions designed a custom React single-page application unified with a robust Node.js backend. We integrated WebSockets to enable streaming updates to the browser interface without page reloads. We selected high-performance charting libraries capable of rendering large historical datasets efficiently.
The ingestion API parses telemetry records, executes schema validation, and archives records into a time-series optimized storage backend.
The unified dashboard compiles live telemetry inputs, device statuses, and geolocation status maps. We engineered an alert rules engine allowing operators to configure custom trigger thresholds (e.g. pressure spikes or temperature limits), firing instant push alerts to regional response crews to address issues immediately.
Live data streaming latency drops below 150ms. High visibility allows operators to detect anomalies immediately and schedule maintenance, reducing downtime.
